WUSM Student Financial Aid Portal
Welcome!
This student portal allows accepted or enrolled students in programs at the School of Medicine to:
- Complete on-line institutional financial aid applications.
- View the status of and upload required documents.
- Print financial aid forms when necessary.
- View/accept/decline offers of financial aid including scholarships and loans.
- Check disbursement schedules.

Log In Instructions
NEW STUDENTS (Applicants must have received a Welcome email before access is granted):
In the LOG IN box (under SUBMIT) choose First Time User.
Student ID = the e-mail address you received from your financial aid welcome email
*Make sure to use the address listed on your "Welcome" email to verify your identity
You will be prompted to set up two challenge questions with answers to verify your identity and create your Password.
RETURNING STUDENTS:
Student ID = your WU e-mail.
If you have forgotten your Password, click the Forgot your Password/PIN? link in the LOG IN box.
You must have a financial aid record established at Washington University School of Medicine in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on-line. Enter our school code, G24620, on your application and we will automatically receive a copy.

If you attempt to enter the site unsuccessfully more than 5 times, your account will be locked and you will need to send us an email at medfinancialaid@wustl.edu
